Demand for any repair / renovation work is to be sent to the Executive Engineer, Ganpure Division, Nilphamari, by the prospecting agency. According to the demand letter, the implementation of the project by applying EPP is to implement the administrative approval. Besides, the demand for any daily repair work is to be recorded in the registered office of the concerned sub-divisional engineer / sub-assistant engineer's office and if the complaint fails to be received through the specified office, then according to the steps, the Executive Engineer Public Works Department, Nilphamari, the caretaker engineer, public works respectively Circle, Rangpur and additional chief engineers, Napurta zone, Rangpur office communications / complaints can be filed.
